Established in 1913, the Montecito Polo Club has enjoyed a number of distinguished
locations in its history and now maintains several acres off East Valley Road where stables
and a paddock accommodate members. An arena is being planned and the club
has purchased land in Montecito for a regulation polo field. Montecito Polo Club is
one of California's oldest and most prestigious polo clubs.

The Montecito Polo Club will be initially dedicated to educating and attracting younger players
to the game of polo. We are currently building a large library of polo literature and will endow
several scholarships for young people to learn polo. Especially underprivileged children.
We want them to know that polo brings out not only good horsemanship
but the best in good sportsmanship for all people.
